Our Community Access supports are designed to assist NDIS participants to access and engage in their local community in line with their NDIS goals. We provide support with attending appointments, social and recreational activities, shopping, community programs, and developing daily living and social skills.

Supports are delivered in a person-centred, strengths-based manner, promoting choice, control, independence, and community inclusion. We work collaboratively with participants to build confidence, enhance capacity, and support meaningful participation in everyday community life.

All supports are provided with respect for individual preferences, cultural background, and personal goals, ensuring services are flexible, safe, and responsive to each participant’s needs.
Support to attend social outings, group activities, hobbies, and recreational programs to build social skills, confidence, and meaningful connections.
Assistance to attend medical, allied health, therapy, employment, and community appointments, as well as help with everyday errands.
Support with grocery shopping, banking, post office visits, and other essential community tasks to build independence and practical life skills.
Support to develop social, communication, and community participation skills, including confidence-building and decision-making in community settings.
Assistance to attend education, training programs, volunteering, or employment-related activities in line with participant goals.
Support to access gyms, swimming, walking groups, mindfulness programs, and other wellbeing-focused community activities.
Support to participate in cultural, religious, or community events that are meaningful to the participant.
Assistance with safe transport to and from community activities, where this aligns with the participant’s NDIS plan and goals.
Support to develop friendships, engage in peer activities, and increase community inclusion in ways that feel safe and empowering.
